Before you book
- How do I make a booking on your website?
Please locate the “Book Now” button on our website and fill in the form to search and follow the steps to confirm your booking.
- What information do I need in order to book?
Please provide a :
Name (or Name of lead passenger if different to you.)
flight number if you are travelling from airport.
Hotel name or address
On making a booking via any of our three easy methods (see How can I make a reservation) you will be requested to provide certain the above information that helps us ensure that your transfer is on time and that we provide the best possible service and backup support during your transfer. You will be required to provide:
Your name. The name of the passenger (if different to you), as this helps our drivers and staff to communicate with passengers and for extra courtesy by our drivers.
Your email address for confirmation purposes.
The passenger mobile number; this is crucial as it helps us to communicate with passengers should their flights be delayed, if we encounter unforeseen obstacles en route to the passenger pickup, in case the passenger does not meet/misses the driver for whatever reason.
The relevant flight number is equally important to our drivers and our dispatch team as we will monitor the flight for delays and adjust the pickup accordingly. This also helps us to identify domestic vs. international arrivals and be at the right place at the right time.
- I cannot find a route I want to book. What to do?
Please send your request to firstname.lastname@example.org will send you the rates and arrange the booking.
- How do I pay for my transfer?
- Cash to the driver at drop-off point.
- EFT to our banking account. Please email proof of payment once the payment has been made.
- Can I book a transfer with more than one stop?
Yes you can, please add this as an extra when booking as it attracts a fee.
- How do I make a reservation?
We make booking a transfer/shuttle as simple, choose your option below:
1. Book online in seconds by visiting us at www.impunzi.co.za.
2. Email Make a reservation to email@example.com with the details of your request.
3. Call us on +27 21 839 3327 and make your reservation with one of our friendly staff. For more details on the information that we will need to make a booking, please see What information must I provide and why.

Book your reservations online with us, and save money and time. You will immediately receive confirmation of your transfer.
Can I open an account with Impunzi?
A: Yes, we do have account billing options for our frequent travelers and corporate clients. You can request an account by simply calling us on 021 839 3327 or email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org.
What do I do if I want to use Impunzi often?
A: You can create a personal login account by clicking here, and completing the necessary information.
Before you travel
- What luggage entitlement will I have?
One standard bag per passenger and one carry on bag. If you have more than that please indicate when booking the number of luggage.
- Where will I meet the driver when I arrive?
When you arrive at Cape Town International Airport your driver will be waiting to greet you at arrival hall outside the security area, holding a sign board with your name on it. There is sometimes a lot of people with name boards please go through the line to locate your name.
At the hotel, our driver will come through to the reception or concierge please remain at hotel lobby at all times never wait outside.
- What happens if I can’t locate my driver?
In the event where you can’t locate your driver, please call our office on +27 21 839 3327 and our administrator will assist you. If you don’t have a mobile phone (international travelers) please go to the Information Desk and ask them to assist to call us.
Remember to stay in one location and tell us where you are so we can find you at the airport. Most importantly do not panic! Many factors can lead to you not spotting your driver right away, such as for getting to provide your flight number or an unforeseen traffic incident delaying your driver by a few minutes. Rest assured we will not forget abut you.
- My group size has changed, can I choose another vehicle?
Yes you can, simply go your booking and amend it. Alternatively you can send us an email to email@example.com with the new request for a different vehicle type.
- How long will the transfer take?
This will depend on you destination, when booking the estimated journey time will be shown.
